Demo Terms of Use

1. Demo Purpose

This interactive demo is provided solely to allow prospective clients to evaluate the features and functionality of the Counsel Guard platform. It is not a production environment and does not provide the security guarantees of the commercial product.

2. No Real Data

You agree not to enter any real, confidential, privileged, or personally identifiable information into any demo tool. This includes but is not limited to client names, Social Security numbers, case details, financial account information, medical information, or attorney-client privileged communications.

Any information you enter into the demo is entered at your own risk. Counsel Guard assumes no liability for any data you choose to input into this demonstration environment.

3. Data Retention

Demo session data is retained for a maximum of 24 hours and is automatically deleted by an automated process that runs daily. Counsel Guard does not guarantee instantaneous deletion of demo data upon session close or browser exit.

You should assume that any information entered into the demo may be visible to Counsel Guard staff for the purpose of maintaining and improving the platform during the retention period.

4. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Nothing in this demo creates an attorney-client relationship between you and Counsel Guard or any affiliated party. Counsel Guard is a software platform, not a law firm.

5. No Warranty

The demo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Features shown in the demo are representative of the commercial product but may differ in the final delivered software.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Counsel Guard shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of this demo environment, including any inadvertent disclosure of information you choose to enter.
